- Is the first video really free?
- Yes. One per user, up to 60 seconds. You get a watermarked preview on a private page. If you don't unlock it, the page expires after 14 days and you owe nothing.
- How can it be this fast and this cheap?
- Our editors have made product videos for years, and we built our own software around how they work. It handles the recording, motion, voice and exports, so they spend their time on what matters: understanding your product and deciding what to show.
- Do I need to send screenshots or recordings?
- No. We use your product ourselves and record everything we need. Your logo and colors come from your site.
- What if the feature is behind a login?
- Share a demo account or an invite link. We never ask for your personal credentials, and we only use the account to record.
- What products do you cover?
- Web-based SaaS products. Desktop and mobile apps are coming; ask us and we'll tell you when.
- How do revisions work?
- A round is one batch of feedback. Per-video orders include three rounds, then $50 a round. Subscriptions include unlimited rounds, and changing direction after the script is fine.
- How long can a video be?
- One to three minutes, billed in 30-second steps. The free first video is up to 60 seconds. Longer pieces are quoted per project.
- Who owns the video?
- You do, once it's unlocked. Use it anywhere, forever. Music and icons are either licensed for commercial use or made by us, so nothing in it can come back to bite you.
